The Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University hosted an insightful master class titled “Artificial Intelligence — A New Era of Education,” organized by the Department of Personality Development and the Center for Women’s Leadership and Entrepreneurship.
The main purpose of the event was to discuss the relevance of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the education system, to define their role in improving the learning process, and to enhance the quality of education.
The speaker of the master class was Zhansaya Kurakova, a physics teacher and expert in the field of artificial intelligence.
During the session, participants explored current trends in the use of AI in education and learned to effectively apply tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Canva AI in the learning process, research projects, and startups.
The speaker demonstrated practical ways of using artificial intelligence and showcased the opportunities that emerging technologies create for modernizing education. Participants discussed how the implementation of digital tools helps improve the quality of learning and develop the professional potential of educators.
At the end of the master class, participants emphasized that artificial intelligence is a powerful tool capable of transforming the educational landscape, and that the event encouraged the development of innovative thinking and a culture of creative decision-making.
It is worth noting that the master class was held in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly addressing Goal 4 – Quality Education, Goal 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Goal 17 – Partnerships for the Goals.
