A training session on the topic “Improving Emotional Well-Being” was organized in Dormitory No. 4 of the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University.
The event was conducted by psychologists from the Center for Mental Health Development, Nazerke Yesenamankyzy and Akbota Nurlankyzy.
The main goal of the training was to improve students’ emotional well-being, reduce stress levels, and strengthen emotional resilience.
During the session, participants learned to understand and manage their emotions through various psychological games and practical exercises. The psychologists shared useful recommendations on effective emotion management, achieving inner harmony, and creating a positive emotional climate.
This event was held as part of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3) – Good Health and Well-Being.
